- Hesabı Sil'e dokun ve onayla.
- Profilin, ilerlemen, analiz geçmişin, sanal portföyün, yüklediğin görseller ve anonim hesabın kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
iPhone ve iPad
iOS sürümünde şu an uygulama içi silme düğmesi yok. info@dahitech.io adresine Ayarlar'daki Kullanıcı Adı satırında görünen adı yazarak "verilerimi sil" de; Android'deki kapsamın aynısını en geç 30 gün içinde silip sana bildiririz.
Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Premium'un varsa aşağıda anlatıldığı gibi App Store ya da Google Play hesabından ayrıca iptal et.
Uygulamayı kaldırmak verini silmez. Önce yukarıdaki adımları izle — ya da en azından kullanıcı adını not et.

Hesap açmam gerekiyor mu?
Hayır. Uygulama ilk açılışta arka planda anonim bir hesap oluşturur; e-posta, şifre, ad ya da telefon istemeyiz. Giriş adımı olmadığı için ilerlemen bu kuruluma bağlıdır: uygulamayı silersen ya da telefon değiştirirsen ilerleme taşınmaz. Premium aboneliğini ise aşağıdaki geri yükleme ile yeni cihazda da kullanabilirsin.
Premium aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?
Abonelik ücretini Apple ya da Google tahsil ettiği için iptal de orada yapılır. Bir sonraki yenilemenin olmaması için dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal et; o zamana kadar Premium açık kalır.
- iPhone / iPad: Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler → PatternFusion → Aboneliği İptal Et.
- Android: Google Play → profil resmi → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → PatternFusion → İptal et.
Uygulamayı ya da hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Premium aldım ama açılmadı / telefon değiştirdim
Satın alırken kullandığın Apple kimliği ya da Google hesabıyla oturum açtığından emin ol, sonra uygulamadaki Premium ekranında satın alımları geri yükleme seçeneğini kullan. Yine olmazsa satın alma tarihiyle bize yaz (kart bilgisi gerekmez).
İade nasıl alırım?
Ödemeler mağaza üzerinden yapılır; iadeye mağaza kendi politikasına göre karar verir. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Google Play iade yardımı. İadeyi biz kendimiz yapamıyoruz.
Analiz kredisi nedir, Premium neyi açar?
Her yapay zekâ grafik analizi bir kredi harcar. İlk analizin cihaz başına bir kez ücretsizdir (kısa bir ödüllü video izledikten sonra). Sonrası için:
- Analiz paketleri — 5 ya da 10 kredi; birikir, süresi dolmaz.
- Premium — haftalık abonelik her dönem 10, aylık abonelik her dönem 20 analiz kredisi verir; abonelik kredisi her yenilemede baştan dolar, kullanılmayan kısmı bir sonraki döneme devretmez. Premium ayrıca kilitli dersleri açar ve banner reklamları kaldırır.
Kilitli bir dersi kısa bir ödüllü video izleyerek de açabilirsin. Fiyat her zaman ödemeden önce mağaza ekranında gösterilir.
Yüklediğim grafik görselleri ne oluyor?
Görsel, analiz için sunucumuz üzerinden OpenAI'a gönderilir ve geçmişinde görünmesi için yalnız sana açık bir klasöre kaydedilir. Görseller her pazartesi otomatik olarak silinir (en fazla yaklaşık 7 gün); analizin metni ise sen silene kadar geçmişinde kalır. Görselde hesap numarası, ad ya da bakiye gibi kişisel bilgi varsa yüklemeden önce kırp. Ayrıntı: Gizlilik Politikası §2.3 ve §3.
Yapay zekâ yorumuna güvenebilir miyim?
Yorumu büyük bir dil modeli yalnız görsele bakarak otomatik üretir; grafiği yanlış okuyabilir, eksik ya da hatalı olabilir. Onu formasyon öğrenmek için bir bakış açısı olarak gör — yatırım tavsiyesi değildir.
Sanal portföydeki para gerçek mi?
Hayır. Pratik modunda 10.000 sanal dolarla başlarsın; kâr da zarar da sanaldır. Hiçbir gerçek hesaba ya da aracı kuruma bağlanılmaz, para yatırılamaz, çekilemez.
Sıralamada görünen adımı nasıl değiştiririm?
Kullanıcı adın otomatik verilir (Guest_1234 gibi); Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsin.
Sıralamada kullanıcı adın ve en iyi quiz puanın görünür — gerçek adını yazmamanı öneririz.
Bildirimleri nasıl kapatırım?
Telefonunun ayarlarından PatternFusion'ın bildirim iznini kapat (iPhone: Ayarlar → Bildirimler → PatternFusion; Android: Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → PatternFusion → Bildirimler). Hatırlatmalar günde en fazla iki tanedir.
Reklamlar ve reklam takibi
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob banner reklamları gösterilir; Premium bunları kaldırır. iPhone'da reklam takibine izin verip vermemeyi Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Takip'ten değiştirebilirsin; Android'de reklam kimliğini Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar'dan sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsin.
Hangi diller destekleniyor?
Türkçe, İngilizce, Almanca, İspanyolca, Fransızca, İtalyanca, Portekizce, Endonezce, Malayca, Vietnamca, Hintçe, Arapça, Japonca, Korece ve Geleneksel Çince. Dili Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsin; yapay zekâ yorumu da uygulama dilinde gelir.

Nothing in it — lessons, quizzes, the virtual portfolio or AI chart commentary — is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or personalised financial advice. The app does not trade with real money and does not connect to a brokerage; you are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Write to us with a problem, a suggestion or a data request; we reply as soon as we can, usually within a few working days.
To help us, please include your device model, operating system version, app version and the username shown on the Settings tab (both are shown in Settings). We will never ask for card details or a password.
Deleting your account and data
Android
- Open the Settings tab at the bottom.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Your profile, progress, analysis history, virtual portfolio, uploaded images and anonymous account are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
iPhone and iPad
The iOS version currently has no in-app delete button. Email info@dahitech.io with the name shown on the Username row in Settings and ask us to delete your data; we delete the same scope as on Android within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you have Premium, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account as described below.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your data. Follow the steps above first — or at least note down your username.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. On first launch the app creates an anonymous account in the background; we never ask for an email, password, name or phone number. Because there is no login, your progress belongs to this installation: if you delete the app or change phones, your progress does not move with you. Your Premium subscription, however, can be restored on a new device as described below.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are cancelled there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal; Premium stays active until then.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PatternFusion → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PatternFusion → Cancel.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
I bought Premium but it isn't active / I changed phones
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you purchased with, then use the restore-purchases option on the app's Premium screen. If it still doesn't work, email us with the date of purchase (no card details needed).
How do I get a refund?
Payments go through the store, and refunds are decided by the store under its own policy. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Google Play refund help. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
What are analysis credits, and what does Premium unlock?
Each AI chart analysis uses one credit. Your first analysis is free once per device (after a short rewarded video). After that:
- Analysis packs — 5 or 10 credits; they add up and do not expire.
- Premium — the weekly subscription gives 10 and the monthly subscription 20 analysis credits per period; subscription credits are refilled at each renewal and unused ones do not carry over. Premium also unlocks the locked lessons and removes banner ads.
You can also unlock a locked lesson by watching a short rewarded video. The price is always shown on the store sheet before you pay.
What happens to the chart images I upload?
The image is sent through our server to OpenAI for the analysis, and saved in a folder only you can access so it can appear in your history. Images are deleted automatically every Monday (at most about 7 days); the analysis text stays in your history until you delete it. If an image shows personal information such as an account number, a name or a balance, crop it out before uploading. Details: Privacy Policy §2.3 and §3.
Can I rely on the AI commentary?
A large language model produces it automatically by looking only at the image; it can misread the chart and be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a perspective for learning patterns — it is not investment advice.
Is the money in the virtual portfolio real?
No. Practice mode starts you with 10,000 virtual dollars; profits and losses are virtual too. Nothing connects to a real account or brokerage, and money cannot be deposited or withdrawn.
How do I change the name shown on the leaderboard?
Your username is assigned automatically (like Guest_1234); you can change it in
Settings. The leaderboard shows your username and best quiz score — we recommend not using your real
name.
How do I turn off notifications?
Turn off PatternFusion's notification permission in your phone's settings (iPhone: Settings → Notifications → PatternFusion; Android: Settings → Apps → PatternFusion → Notifications). There are at most two reminders a day.
Ads and ad tracking
The free version shows Google AdMob banner ads; Premium removes them. On iPhone you can allow or deny ad tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Which languages are supported?
Turkish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Indonesian, Malay, Vietnamese, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean and Traditional Chinese. You can change the language in Settings; the AI commentary comes in the app language too.
